We steadily act as a civil organization for support in the welfare field at earthquake disaster, and as a NPO working on support for civic activity. We plan the realization of the civil society through civic activity, support for the NPO, and coordinates of the collaboration between government and contribute to the public interest for the community.

Triggered by Hanshin, Awaji great earthquake disaster, the social interest in citizen's activity and non profit organization (NPO) rises,
Specific nonprofit activity promotion law (so-called NPO law) was enacted with this, and the situation to surround the civic activity considerably changed for these past several years.

While the government has a vast budget deficit during the period, an economic depression and the social conditions including the employment anxiety are in confusion. Expectation to the citizen's activity and NPO has risen.

Much NPO and citizen's groups start immediate activity in the welfare field for the East Japan great earthquake disaster happened under these situations.

In the various parts of Japan, many NPO and NPO supporting the activity of the NPO has been established during this period, but it is true that NPO to support NPO did not grow up.
To developing NPO, solid support system supporting is required.

The prospectus and activity
For the time being, we gather the power of NPO and the welfare company aiming at support for damage and revival in the welfare field in Miyagi. We also become clerks for the support including the financial aspects such as a necessary governmental subsidy and grant, and support the activity of each organization.We tell the on-site fact to a country, a prefecture, the cities, towns, and villages, and propose necessary policies and measures, and aim at the realization.

　We eye activities at other stricken prefectures, and push forward combination and making network with the similar objective with the group.

* We establish it with members connecting deeply with dominant figures the administrative sites of prefectures, cities, towns, and villages, at a political decision process.

* We are a group who removes the influence of a specific political party, a political organization, and the religious group, and works on the support for the neutral NPO group.
* Our group is the group based on "fairness, neutrality, and democratic administration."
